Freddi Pakier

Freddi Pakier has been teaching gluten free healthy cooking classes in San Diego for many years. Her classes cover a wide range of healthy topics from Detoxification With Food, Balancing Hormones, Healing Adrenal Fatigue, Diet’s Don’t Work, Make a Head Breakfast and Snacks to Keeping Blood Sugar Balanced and Taming Silent Inflammation. She received her training to practice Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Columbia University in New York which is the only nutrition school integrating over 100 different dietary theories. She also has certification through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) in addition to holding a BSBA in Business and Education. Freddi is the author of “52 Weeks of Food for the Soul”, is a visiting guest chef at the Rancho La Puerta Spa, teaches gluten free, quick and easy cooking classes in addition to offering a seasonal food based cleanse. “Cooking and entertaining for family and friends are on the top of my list of things I love to do”.
