Katie Farina is a graduate of the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts, and owner of Katie's Healing Kitchen. She is passionate about harnessing the power of food to heal disease. Taking traditionally unhealthy foods and making them healthy and vegan while still tasting amazing is her specialty. She believes food should taste great, heal the body and bring people together. Katie's lifelong goal is to inspire others to make the connection between the food they eat and its effect on their body, the environment and the world.
