A native of Boston and avid sports enthusiast, Chef Michael Powers credits his inspiration and love of cooking to his mother, a terrific cook. He looks forward to his visits home to enjoy her culinary creativity.
Educated at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, in Boston, Chef Michael honed his foundation and love of food. His philosophy is to hand craft memorable meals by pairing quality, local, seasonal ingredients.
Through his experiences in catering, working for notable restaurants in Cambridge, MA, Temple Bar American Bistro and Harvest, as well as The Bancroft in Burlington, MA, Chef Michael has expanded his knowledge of both casual and fine dining.
Michael has been a member of the Curious Fork Culinary team since 2015 and now serves as the Executive Chef.
