Exotic Thai Flavors can be made easily at home with ingredients from your favorite markets.  Phillis will share a easy tips to help you get acquainted with this amazing cuisine.

Tom Yum Gai (Coconut Chicken Soup with Lime Leaves, Lemongrass and Straw Mushrooms)

Phad Thai (Rice Noodles with Shrimp, Eggs, Bean Sprouts, Red Peppers and Peanuts)

Pork Satay with Peanut Sauce and Cucumber Salad

Mussamum Chicken Curry (Coconut Milk Curry with Freshly Made Curry Paste, Sweet

Potatoes, Green Beans, Peanuts and Cinnamon Sticks)
