Paella is the quintessential party food, and making it at home can be a fun way to entertain friends.  In this class, you will learn the necessary steps to achieving traditional Spanish paella, crisp on the bottom and layered with succulent rice, meat, and seafood.  We'll even round out our Spanish feast with some simple and traditional tapas.


Fried Baby Eggplant with Smoked Paprika-Honey Drizzle

"Patatas Bravas" -Crisp Potatoes with Spicy Aioli

Goat Cheese-Stuffed Piquillo Peppers

"Paella Mixta" -Chicken, Seafood, and Vegetable Paella.
