The morning of class, Chef Jenn will shop the San Diego Tuna Harbor Dockside Markets; where local fishermen dock and sell the freshest seafood right off the boat.

The menu will be determined the day of class based on what was purchased at the market.

In this unique class, Chef Jenn will share information on where and how she shops for the best of the season, what to look for in the freshest seafood, and how to prepare quick, simple and impressive dishes.
