Kimchi, Pickled Peppers & More! Hands-On With Katherine Emmenegger, May 21

Having trouble finding good kimchi up here in North County? Search no more! You'll be pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to make a delicious batch of kimchi with all those great probiotic benefits using ingredients you can get in your local grocery store.

We'll also make a batch of  Mexican style jalapeños, carrots and onions (escabeche-inspired), and a batch of yummy Korean style spicy cucumber “quickle” as well. If you like hot/spicy and pickled, you are going to LOVE this class.

You'll be taking home a jar of each to enjoy well after our class, and better yet - you'll know how to make more when you run out!


This hands-on class will be taught by Katherine Emmenegger, Director of Culinary Education at The Curious Fork.
