In this class, you'll learn to cook healthful, tasty Southeast Asian Fresh Rolls & Wraps incorporating lots of fresh veg and herbs balanced with moderate carbs and flavorful proteins and made more delicious with super tasty dipping sauces that you will love (and probably want to dip EVERYTHING in once you learn how easy it is to make them!).

We'll also discuss ways to customize and adapt these recipes to the ingredients you have on hand, and you'll probably end up making some super easy and convenient version of these healthful, balanced, and delicious dishes at least once a week!
